Is there a trial period, and what are the subscription plans for Summit?
Summit users can get started for free without a time-limited trial on our Maker Plan (see above). You get near-complete access to Summit platform features so you can take as much time as you need getting familiar with Summit Event Language (SEL), building models, and testing integrations. The Maker Plan also includes access to training materials, tutorials, and model recipes to guide the onboarding process. Only after you exceed 100 API calls to a live model (per month) will you be prompted to upgrade to our Team Plan (starting at$125/month). Subscriptions are available as monthly, annual, or multi-year agreements. Custom plans include additional hands-on support from the Summit team for building apps and models, hands-on implementation assistance, and custom API’s for integrating Summit into your stack.
What kind of technical support and training does Summit provide? What are Summit GPT's?
All Summit users can access free training materials, reference guides, tutorials, model recipes, and chat support to guide their onboarding process. ChatGPT+ customers can also chat with GPT’s trained in the Summit model building language (i.e. GPT instructors) to help them learn Summit even faster. Summit GPT's are able to generate entire Summit models (with explanations) using only a simple prompt.
Team and Enterprise Plan customers also receive personalized, 1-1 training sessions with our team. We also allow our enterprise customers to reach us directly via a dedicated chat channel.
Can I increase the number of live models I can run under the Team Plan? How much does it cost?
Yes! You can add live models to your account by purchasing our live model add-on. This add-on includes a pack of 5 models for $50/month and there is no limit to the number you can add to your subscription (e.g. purchasing 3 live model add-ons increases your live model limit to 20).
Can I increase the capacity of monthly API calls under the Team Plan? How much does it cost?
Absolutely! You can add API call capacity to your account by purchasing our API Calls add-on. This add-on can be purchased as a pack of 1,000 API calls for $50/month, 5,000 API calls for $200/month, or 10,000 API calls for $300/month.
